- 1/2 cup yogurt (nonfat vanilla)
- 1/2 cup peach (sliced fresh, or frozen and defrosted, unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup 1% low-sodium cottage cheese (sliced fresh, or frozen and defrosted, unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp almond (slivered)
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- Place vanilla yogurt in a cereal bowl.
- Layer peaches over yogurt.
- Spoon cottage cheese over peaches.
- Sprinkle with almonds and flaxseeds.
